Warranty Coverage & Customer Protection

At Caterz Home Appliances, your peace of mind is our priority. Every product you purchase from us comes with a warranty package that is among the best in its class — because we believe in the quality of what we sell, and we want you to as well.

Warranty Duration

2-Year Parts Warranty: Valid for two (2) years from the purchase date mentioned on the receipt and warranty card. Customers are exempt from paying for replacement parts during this period.

5-Year Service Warranty: Customers are entitled to five (5) years of free repair labor and service support.

Pick-and-drop service is complimentary for the first 3 months only. After this period, transportation and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

Eligibility

This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of Caterz Kitchen Appliances products.

  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues
  • Free repair services
  • Free replacement parts within first 2 years

Transportation and delivery charges after the first 3 months will be the responsibility of the customer.

Terms & Conditions

  • The total warranty includes 2 years parts replacement and 5 years free service.
  • The warranty will be void if the product is damaged due to negligence or improper handling.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to follow operating instructions or unsuitable electrical/physical conditions will void the warranty.
  • This warranty is non-transferable.
  • Caterz Home Appliances reserves the right to refuse service if transportation charges are unpaid.
  • Imported parts carry no guarantee.
  • Guarantee will not be accepted if the water heater is connected directly to a water pump.
  • Transportation charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Electric geyser element has no guarantee.
  • All geyser tanks have 6 months warranty on salty water usage.
  • This warranty is valid only with the original receipt from an authorized Caterz dealer.
  • All service complaints will be resolved within 48 hours of complaint registration.

Important Note: Please keep your original purchase receipt and warranty card safe, as warranty claims cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.
