We specialize in premium kitchen appliances including gas hobs, chimneys & range hoods, geysers (water heaters), cooking ranges, and other built-in kitchen essentials. All products are designed for modern Pakistani kitchens with a focus on durability and energy efficiency.

Are Caterz products energy efficient?

Yes. Energy efficiency is a core part of our product design philosophy. Our appliances are built to reduce energy consumption without compromising on performance or functionality, helping you save on utility bills while being kinder to the environment.

Do the hobs support natural gas or LPG?

Our hobs are designed to support natural gas. Please check the product specifications on the individual product page or contact us to confirm compatibility with LPG before purchasing. Our team can guide you to the right model for your gas supply type.

What sizes do the range hoods / chimneys come in?

Our range hoods are available in 29-inch and 36-inch sizes to suit different hob widths and kitchen layouts. Each product page lists the exact dimensions. We recommend choosing a hood that is at least as wide as your hob for optimal ventilation.

Are your appliances suitable for built-in / modular kitchen installations?

Absolutely. Our hobs, chimneys, and ovens are designed for seamless built-in installation in modular kitchens. Each product comes with a cutout template and installation guide. We also offer guidance on fitting dimensions — contact us before ordering if you need specific measurements.

How do I place an order on caterzappliances.pk?

Browse our product catalogue, select the item(s) you want, choose any applicable variant (size, color), and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address and contact details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major payment methods available at checkout. For specific queries about bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash-on-delivery availability in your area, please contact us directly at info@caterzappliances.pk or via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications or cancellations can be requested by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible. Please reach out to our support team promptly and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment data during checkout. We do not store card details on our servers. Transactions are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically estimated to be delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city and courier availability. For remote areas, additional time may be required.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and other cities. If you're unsure about delivery availability in your area, please contact us before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your shipment. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may vary based on your location and the size/weight of the product. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before payment.

04 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can guide you through the process.

What if I received a wrong or defective item?

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases. Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How long does a refund take to process?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. This includes: 5–10 business days for the courier to deliver the return to us, 3–5 business days for us to process the return, and 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund. In many cases, refunds arrive sooner.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes, exchanges are possible subject to product availability. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Our team will assist you in finding the right alternative and arranging the swap.

Do Caterz products come with a warranty?

Yes, our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product category. Warranty details are listed on each individual product page. Please retain your purchase invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs. For full warranty terms, refer to the documentation included with your product.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video of the fault. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next steps, including repair, replacement, or service center visit as applicable.

Do you provide installation services?

Installation services may be available in select cities. Please contact us after placing your order to check availability in your area. Each product also comes with an installation guide for qualified technicians. We strongly recommend professional installation for built-in appliances like hobs and chimneys.
