Caterz provides a 2-year parts warranty and 5-year service warranty. The parts warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues. The service warranty includes free repair labor for 5 years. Pick-and-drop service is complimentary for the first 3 months only.
How quickly can I get service?
We typically respond within 24-48 hours of your service request. For urgent issues, we offer priority service options. The actual service visit is scheduled based on your availability and our technician's schedule in your area.
Is the pick-and-drop service always free?
Pick-and-drop service is complimentary for the first 3 months from your purchase date. After this period, transportation and handling charges will be borne by the customer. However, repair labor remains free under the 5-year service warranty.
What if my appliance is out of warranty?
We provide professional service even for out-of-warranty products. You'll be charged for parts and labor. Our technicians will provide you with a detailed quotation before proceeding with any repairs. We also offer affordable maintenance packages.
